Sept 2007 – Feb 2008	Instructor Prison Education Initiative • Taught a variety of classes in Riker's Island Jail • Designed and developed the organization's website, along with other administrative tasks.
Aug 2005 - Feb 2008	Program Manger, Hiring Manager and Mentor Vision Education & Media • Managed and taught a National Science Foundation funded program for a total of 150 high school students over three years. • Developed entire curriculum, including modules in Robotics, Web Design, Blogging, Flash Animation, Digital Audio and 3D Modeling. • Organized a seven week summer internship program, for two summers. • Recruited, interviewed and hired new mentors to teach programs. • Was lead organizer of an annual educational technology professional development conference. • Taught various other after-school programs in NYC schools.
June 2006 – Present	Web Developer Jewish Community Relations Council • Designing and developing a webpage for YouthBridge New York , a youth leadership program that focuses on diversity.
July 2005 - June 2006	Resident Researcher New York University , Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) • Assisted students in Digital Audio projects. • Helped organize programs in Assistive Technology and the Social Justice Internship Program.
Summer 2005	Digital Video Mentor Vision Education & Media • Worked with teenagers who failed their ninth grade year in an effort to show the joy of learning through technology and multimedia.
January - May 2005	Video Mentor and Project Manager New York , NY • Worked with Independence High School in Manhattan , teaching the skills needed to make a movie. • Planned and carried out a ten-week program in which high school students work with graduate students to make a movie of their creation.
Summer 2004	Summer Robotics Mentor Vision Education & Media New York , NY • Co-taught a summer program in Robotics for high school youth in the south Bronx , using the Cricket board technology developed at MIT. • Wrote entire curriculum for this 6 week program, including lessons in Robotics, Web Design, guest speakers from various fields, and field trips. • Worked in partnership with SoBro – South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation. After-School Robotics Mentor Vision Education & Media New York , NY • Worked as a mentor for the FIRST Robotics competition in Alfred E. Smith High School in the Bronx . • Taught programming skills and guided the design of the robot.
